For someone wanting to use more than 2 cell types on INK/INK+: Could someone mix cells with bioink in the cellmixer, and then do it again with a second cell type? Or just mix 150uL each of 2 cell types and then mix them with bioink? Has anyone done this and have recommendations?
Hello Katie, I would recommend mixing both cell suspensions first. That is adding 150µl of each cell suspension to complete a total of 300µl. Then mixing this cell suspension volume with 3ml of bioink, for a final volume ratio of 10:1 (bionk:cells).
