When you mix your cells with the CELLMIXER, how long can you leave them in the cartridge? Will they start to settle at some point? I know it is cell-specific and bioink-specific, but in general: if I am running protocols with a cell:bioink mixture, and the work will take all day due to other parts of the experiments, will the cells start to die after a while?
