I want to print small cylinders one above another and inbetween I want place cells, but i cant fix the Gcode properly as It was printing from the bottom surface for second cylinder

I would suggest to email support@cellink.com explaining your issue and providing the G-Code you're using, which bioprinter are you using as well as its serial number.
